After years of visiting Greece and searching for the perfect balance between authenticity, beauty, and style, we discovered our oasis on the islands of Paros and Antiparos. With 20 years of experience in lifestyle real estate and boutique hotels, we have decided to offer a fresh selection of understated luxury hotels and experiences on these islands while assisting our US clientele in finding the best places to stay and enjoy an authentic experience.
Our core mission is to inspire others to pursue their dreams, whether establishing their own boutique hotel or finding the perfect villa. We believe in the power of design and hospitality and channel that passion into everything we do.

Our mission
We vet hotels, villas, and experiences on the islands of Paros and Antiparos that we feel bring a unique sense of Greek authenticity with understated luxury. Most of you might be familiar with the damage that the world of “luxury” has done on islands like Mykonos, to name one. Staying genuine and authentic while maintaining style has become increasingly challenging, so we are happy to share our collections with New Yorkers aiming to discover Greece. While doing so, we always prioritize our passion for creating and envisioning new boutique hotels with forward-thinking investors and hoteliers.
I am Leonardo
As a New Yorker with design, architecture, and entrepreneurship in my blood, I landed in Antiparos in search of Greek authenticity. My dedication to crafting exceptional boutique hotels started over two decades ago in Paris under Philippe Starck. I have been passionate about helping hoteliers and investors create the perfect boutique hotel. I have made Paros my home for the past few years, and I cannot imagine a better place to share my passion for design and hospitality with you.

Greece has always been the ultimate source of inspiration for my family. Raising two daughters in the bustling city of New York, we always dreamed of a summer getaway to the Greek islands. The lightness, joy, and beauty of the sun-kissed waters and the alluring scent of oleanders are magical.
